Personal training
Get strong enough to carry your own life.
I lost 60 pounds rebuilding mine. I know the work, and I know the days you don’t want to do it. Training for weight loss, behavior change, nutrition and women’s fitness.
This is for you if
- You’ve started over more times than you can count.
- The gym feels like it was built for other people.
- You want a plan for your body, injuries and history included.
- You need someone who notices when you don’t show up.
How we work
I became a trainer because I wanted to help people change physically as much as mentally and emotionally. They’re the same fight. That’s why I came in as a coach first and studied behavior change alongside the reps and sets.
You get knowledge, structure, accountability, and a routine that progresses and adapts as you do. Every body has different strengths, weaknesses and needs. Personal training is supposed to be personal.

Let’s talk about where you want to be
Thirty minutes to get to know each other: your goals, your training history, injuries and limits. We can sit and talk or move a little while we chat. Ask me anything.
