How I work

You’re not a set of separate problems. Grief shows up in the body. Habits start in the mind. Patterns live in places talking can’t reach. So I work with all of you, in this order.

We find the pattern, name it, and change what it means. What was meant to destroy you becomes the thing that drives you.

Why me
I’m not a guru. I’m proof.
On my darkest day I had to choose: give up, or try. I chose to try. I left a life that was killing me. I quit drinking, smoking, vaping, even caffeine. I lost 60 pounds. I studied coaching, grief support, Reiki and personal training, and I legally changed my name so I could never forget why.
I know what the bottom feels like, and I know the way up isn’t a straight line. That’s what I bring into every session.
I’m not here to save you. I’m here to walk with you while you save yourself.
